Following the social distancing and sanitation suggestions of health officials it is necessary to combat this unprecedented crisis. We hope that you and your families stay safe and healthy during these trying times. We are right there with you.

Why Host a Golf Outing?

Posted on October 30th, 2017 | Author: Kristy Parker | Category: Tournament Tips

Create a great team building experience. Show your staff that you appreciate them by getting them out of the office for a day of fun and team building at the club.

From beginning to end, a tournament can take up the majority of the day, whereas an outing can free up additional time for a meeting or presentation beforehand in our banquet room or grove area.

A 9-hole outing will be less intimating to less experienced golfers than an entire 18-hole round of golf. A simple scramble format may be suggested as well.

It’s a great way to keep your event costs down, as well as the hassle of details that normally go into a larger event.

An outing (depending on size) can take place on a day more desirable than a Monday, which is normally customary for tournaments at Country Clubs.

Our skilled golf professionals can set up fun contests to add to the fun - a putting contest, or closest to the pin contests, to name a few.

Our Food and Beverage team will be happy to customize a menu that is perfect for your team. A lunch inside beforehand or a simple boxed lunch-to-go is always a hit.
